    “After much thought and consideration, we have had to respond to the current coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and the ongoing conversations with our customers whose welfare is our number one priority.

    “Due to the uncertainty in the region and around the world, with many of our clients facing company travel bans, we have reluctantly taken the decision to not go ahead with this year’s ILTM Latin America event which was due to take place from May 5-8, 2020. Our thoughts are with all those affected in these difficult times.

    “We also recognize that business has to continue. With this in mind, over the coming weeks, we will be creating ways of keeping our luxury travel community connected, to support and collaborate to keep our world moving during this difficult period. Your ILTM Account Manager will be in touch with you very shortly.

    “ILTM Latin America will continue to be in Sao Paulo from 4-7 May 2021 at the Bienal do Ibirapuera.”
