  • Here's how it all works

    You will receive a 3-day Appointment Schedule from a select database of buyers. The appointments are Pre-Scheduled and last 15 minutes each. Only the very best buyers in luxury travel are invited and there is a very thorough selection process, followed by a process where exhibitor's and buyer's preferences are crossed to create diaries based on both part’s business objectives.

  • The package

    A bespoke 3-day appointment schedule with quality buyers; access to the world’s top media editors through a variety of events; entry into the highly regarded Opening Forum; invitations to the Official Party and the opportunity to purchase additional delegate badges to bring along your team.

     

    Single Participation: (1 table/diary, 1 brand, 1 badge):
    Early Bird (valid by July 31st) - USD 9,350.
    Standard rates (as of Aug 1st) - USD 9,880

    Double Shared: (1 table/diary, 2 brands, 2 badges):
    Early Bird (valid by July 31st) - USD 6,200 per product (USD 12,400 total for the table)
    Standard rates (as of Aug 1st) - USD 6,450 per product (USD 12,900 total for the table)

    New option for hotels with less than 16 rooms: (1 unbranded table top in a dedicated separate section, 1 diary, 1 brand, 1 badge):
    USD 4,900 (Contact our team for complete information and availability)

    Extra Badges: USD 1,000 each, if needed.

  • REGISTRATION

    Should you qualify as a Exhibitor, an invitation will be sent to you by e-mail. Please follow the e-mail instructions in order to register.

  • SELECTION PROCESS

    Once Registration is completed, you will be invited to select and rank your Buyers preferences to generate your personalized appointments diary.

  • MATCHING PROCESS

    The PSA System will match your preferences to generate your personalized appointments diary.

  • EXTRA APPOINTMENTS

    Your agenda will be available to consult and print.

  • Participants are obliged to attend all appointments in their diaries. No Pre-Scheduled Appointments can be cancelled, anticipated or shared with another company not included in the diary.
